This draft explains what SWELTR ("we," "us") collects through drinksweltr.com and how we use it. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
What we collect
- Info you give us in forms: for example your name, email, phone, ZIP code, business details, social handle and message. We only collect what each form asks for.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and approximate location to deliver and protect the site. We store your country and browser type with form submissions to help prevent spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you and handle wholesale, Crew and contact requests.
- To send launch updates if you signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Our web host, Cloudflare, may collect basic, cookie-free traffic statistics (like page views and general location) to keep the site running and show us how it's used.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example our hosting provider), and when required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information using our contact form.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Crew applicants must be 18+.
